Digital Product Purchase & Refund Policy

All digital products, including downloadable PDFs and design resources, are delivered automatically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payment for all services, including custom design projects and consultation sessions, is due as outlined in your project proposal, invoice, or booking confirmation. Work or sessions will not begin until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LisaVdesigns reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, communication regarding the specifics that impact their project or session will be provided to the client.

• CONSULTATION SESSIONS: All consultation sessions must be scheduled with a minimum of one week’s advance notice. After booking, clients must complete an intake questionnaire within 48 hours to confirm the session. If the intake form is not submitted within that timeframe, the session will be canceled and payment refunded.

Consultation sessions are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, please contact LisaVdesigns as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling terms.

• CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES: For all custom graphic design services, the first payment is a non-refundable retainer payment to reserve your project on the LisaVdesigns calendar. Once work has begun, payments for services that are in progress or completed are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work has started, future payments for work not yet started will not be due. If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Privacy Policy
